iCoat-6 Automated High Precision Selective Conformal Coating System with Closed Loop Fluid Heating

Description


The iCoat-6 is a selective conformal coating system with closed loop fluid heating. The fluid heating system provides constant temperature control to ensure set fluid viscosity for coating at all times, even during machine suspension.

The automatic recirculating fluid delivery system offers stable fluid pressure and temperature, despite varying production and incoming air pressure conditions. For thin film valve applications, the laser sensor provides closed loop automatic film width adjustment.
