Atmospheric Plasma Ultrafine Surface Treatment System
The Anda AP-460 is a low cost precision inline selective atmospheric plasma treatment machine that is equipped with a stepper motor and synchronous belt drive system. The machine utilizes a single tapper or rotary plasma treatment nozzle to nano-clean and activate/modify virtually any material surface for improved wetting, coating, painting, and adhesive bonding.
Plasma Treatment removes static electricity and contaminants such as dust and grease while also providing surface modification which facilitates adhesion of various coatings and/or adhesive materials. Additionally, plasma treatment promotes the flow of coatings for thin film coating without other mechanical or chemical treatments required.
The Anda AP-3 Series are advanced inline selective atmospheric plasma treatment machines that can accommodate dual nozzles top and bottom synchronized for simultaneous treatment or operated independently for maximized productivity.
The Anda Offline Vacuum Plasma (VP) Series are standalone vacuum chamber plasma treatment machines. During the process, nanoparticles of gases are ionized under pressure in order to ultrafine clean all the exterior surfaces of a substrate simultaneously.
The Anda Inline Vacuum Plasma (VP) Series allows manufactures to insert nanoparticle ultrafine vacuum plasma treatment directly into a process line for improving bonding, printing, painting, coating, or wettability on virtually any material.
