The VCO-20A Vertical Curing Oven delivers efficient inline curing for PCBA processes including underfill, epoxy encapsulation, and adhesive bonding. Using recirculating hot-air technology and a high-capacity vertical design, it maximizes throughput while maintaining a compact footprint ideal for space-constrained manufacturing and cleanroom environments.
The system accommodates up to 20 assemblies simultaneously and supports large fixtures up to 610 × 610 mm, making it well suited for demanding communications, aerospace, and mission-critical applications where reliability and process consistency are essential.
