Selective Conformal Coating Machine

The iCoat-3 selective conformal coating machine has a running accuracy of 0.04mm (40 µm) (0.0016″) and is designed to strike a balance between cost and performance. This conformal coating machine comes with a single head, 2 nozzle structure (spray and dispense) with 3 axes servo control (X,Y,Z).

Capable of dual or quad valve configurations in a variety of different nozzle arrangements making it adaptable to meet production needs. Suitable for panelized or palletized printed circuit boards (PCBs), high throughput requirements, process flexibility and large area coating applications. These features enhance the iCoat-3’s performance while providing the lowest cost of ownership.
